At KiiBOOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance mechanical keyboards and audio gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After receiving and inspecting your device to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
